Andrzej Gruszecki, a companion and deputy of the cavalry unit of the voivode of Lublin, Jan Tarło, sues to the castle court office of Lublin Karol Tarło, the starost of Stężyca and the heir of the estates of Wieniawa with contiguities, Jan Wołczynski, administrator of these estates and the Jews from Wieniawa opposite Lublin, to execute the verdict of the castle court in Lublin and pay the adjudicated sum of 40 złp to the above mentioned military unit, together with the procedural costs on the basis of an order of payment signed in Lviv on the 5th December, 1734, signed by the quarter and hiberna scribe of the Cup Bearer from Zator, Antoni Grodzicki.
